Pubei gives great impetus to develop New Energy Vehicle Industry

Recently, Pubei County held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for Gaomai's Project of Annual Production Capacity of 50,000 New Energy Electric Heavy-duty Trucks, opening a new chapter of transition from traditional industries to new energy industries.

The project is located in the Pubei Automobile Industrial Park. It covers an area of about 150 mu for the transitional period and 3,000 mu for long-term use with a total investment of over 3.5 billion yuan. The implementation of the project will be carried out in three phases, namely the Transition Period, the First Phase of Construction, and the Second Phase of Construction. It is estimated that after the project is completed and put into operation in 2023, the output of electric heavy trucks will reach 50,000 units per year, annual production and sales will be more than 60 billion yuan, and annual profits and taxes will be more than 3 billion yuan. Gaomai's Project of Annual Production Capacity of 50,000 New Energy Electric Heavy-duty Trucks in Pubei County has filled the gaps of similar new energy vehicles in Guangxi, and possesses a broad market in the near future. It is a major landmark project for the economic development of Pubei County.
