Precise measures in Qinzhou assist in construction of key projects in Southbound Channel

Since the beginning of this year, Qinzhou City has seized the great opportunity brought by the construction of the China-Singapore Interconnection Southbound Channel, continuously optimizes the business environment for project construction, innovates service methods, simplifies procedures, “performs subtraction” on the approval, and “does addition” on services, constantly optimizes the business environment, takes the initiative to provide high quality services to the construction of key projects in the Southbound Channel, and accelerates the construction of a new pattern of large opening up, large corridors, large ports, large industries, and large logistics.

Qinzhou City has improved the service coordination mechanism for the major projects which were included in the construction of the Southbound Channel, consisting of the Qinzhou Port East Container Terminal Station, the Railway from Qinzhou East Station to Sandun, the Expansion of the Qinzhou Port East Station Cargo Yard Phase II, the Electrification of Nanning-Qinzhou Railway and other key projects.

Qinzhou has established a service commitment mechanism. The city’s window units have promised the service quality and service time limits to the management and service targets, and have actively accepted public supervision.
